Once your package is received and processed in Florida, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, assuming there are no airline delays. We work hard to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time, every time. Customs fees are charged on packages with a declared value of USD $100 or higher.

The Warehouse opens Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (EDT). Shipments arriving on weekends and holidays, we provide remote access entry only and all packages received during this time will be processed on the next business day.
Storage fees begin 7 days after we start holding your packages. After this period, a fee of $100 per day will apply.
